WELCOME TO MY BRAIN

Teresa Wennberg is a multi discipline artist, born in Sweden.
Studied classic oil painting at Atelier Harburger and Academie de la Grande
Chaumiere in Paris, France. Studied photography with Neal Slavin and worked
with John Cage and Nam June Paik on art, sound and video.
One of the very first artists to make video at the Centre Pompidou in Paris (1978),
she went on to explore the digital world of computers, first 2D, then 3D animation,
which she also studied in Japan and France.
Since 1997, she has been developing Virtual Reality and computer art at
the Royal Institute of Technology KTH in Stockholm and writing about
digital media.
Currently, she is also involved in creating and restauring stained glass windows
for a baroque church in the Pyrenees mountains in France.
Her multidisciplinary background: law, economics, language, painting, computer graphics
has fueled an interest in cognitive functions such as language, memory and perception,
which often consist a foundation for her work
